All of the services in Microsoft Azure are accessed remotely over the internet, typically through a web browser or by using a remote client, such as Windows Remote Desktop (RDP), Linux Secure Shell (SSH), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, or Microsoft Visual Studio.

Microsoft Office 365 is a collection of products and services that are purchased as a subscription. Just as someone would subscribe to Netflix and receive access to an entire library of movies and TV shows, you could buy a subscription to Office 365 and receive access to the latest versions of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
The typical Office 365 subscription primarily allows you to download and install all of the applications in the Microsoft Office suite. You are always provided with the latest, fully updated, and most secure versions of these applications. These applications include:
